Our 3D Printing Processes
From rapid prototyping to end-use production and plastics to metals, our 3D printing service offers a broad range of capabilities that will meet your project requirements. No matter the technology or material, you can expect parts to ship to Arizona in as fast as 1 day.
Metal 3D Printing
Metal 3D-printed parts are built using a high powered laser to melt and fuse microscopic grains of metal powder. Metal 3D-printed parts are fully dense. Additional post-processing like heat treatment is available.
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
Multi Jet Fusion applies a fusing agent to the powder bed, then a heating element passes over to cure each layer. Parts are durable and dyed black for uniform finish.
Stereolithography (SLA)
SLA uses thermoset resins, which are cured with a UV laser to build each layer. Parts exhibit smooth surface finishes and fine feature detail.
PolyJet
PolyJet is an elastomer 3D printing process that can produce parts with multiple hardnesses. It's often used to prototype overmold designs.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
SLS is a powder bed 3D printing technology that fuses thermoplastic powders to build parts. Parts are durable and suitable for functional prototyping and testing.
Carbon DLS
Carbon DLS is a resin 3D printing technology that used digital light processing (DLP) to build each parts. Can support higher volumes of plastic 3D-printed parts.
