Stereolithography (SLA)
Stereolithography (SLA) uses an ultraviolet laser to cure a thermoset resin until the 3D-printed part is formed. SLA is a good choice for cosmetic parts due to smooth surface finishes and fine feature detail.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Selective laser sintering (SLS) uses a CO2 laser to fuse a thermoplastic powder into a final part. SLS parts are durable and suitable for rapid prototyping, functional testing, and end-use applications.
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
Multi Jet Fusion selectively applies fusing and detailing agents across a bed of thermoplastic powder, which are then fused by heating elements to form each layer. Like SLS, MJF uses thermoplastic materials so parts are durable and suitable for prototyping and end-use applications.
PolyJet
PolyJet uses a jetting process where small droplets of liquid photopolymer onto a build platform and cured in layers that form elastomeric parts. PolyJet can print parts with multiple colors and hardnesses.
Carbon DLS
Carbon DLS uses digital light projection, oxygen permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to produce plastic parts with robust mechanical properties from engineering-grade materials.
